Orders will arrive in the next business days if ordered before 1pm EST Mon-Fri.

• Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be delayed.
• Delivery to PO Boxes is not available (although can be used for billing addresses).
• Deliveries to APO/FPO addresses are sent via USPS Priority. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
NOTE all orders over $300 will require a signature upon delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with a tracking information. Please also check your junk email. This email will have all your shipping information and ways to track your order.

Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped. There may be additional shipping delays due to high order volumes.

What if I received an incorrect item or an item is missing from my order?

We apologize for any inconvenience if you are missing items from your order or received the incorrect item. If this should happen please contact our Customer Care team immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Will Kargn ship products to locations outside of the U.S.?

Kargn US Online ships within the United States (including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Unfortunately, we do not deliver to American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, or Palau.

Can I cancel or update my order? or change my shipping address?

If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.

For monogrammed and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.

My order is delayed, when will I receive it?

Should your order not be processed by the estimated shipping date, our Customer Happiness team will be in contact with an update within 24-48 hours (keep an eye on your inbox!).
