At the time you place your order online, there will be an automatic “hold” for the full amount of your order placed on your credit card by your financial institution to ensure that the funds are available. Your card will not be charged until your order ships. If there are multiple items in your order, they may ship separately, and each item will be charged separately at the time it ships. When your card is charged, the funds that were being held will actually be deducted from your account. Holds on your credit card generally fall off in up to 8 business days, depending on your financial institution’s guidelines, or up to 30 days if you paid with PayPal, ApplePay, or with your store credit card.

Indicated shipping timeline is an approximate number of days an order takes to deliver from the ship date indicated at checkout, and does not include weekends, holiday and any unforeseeable delays on the courier’s end (weather, volume, traffic, etc). Delivery may be delayed if a change of delivery option was submitted on the customer’s end. If your order consists of in-stock, shipping later and/or made-to-order pieces, the dispatch date may change. Make sure to check the dates indicated during checkout and on your confirmation email.

Please note that Mejuri does not have any control over them and cannot advise as to what the cost will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. If you need to make any changes to your order, including adjusting and cancelling of the order, or changing the shipping address, please reach out within 24 hours of placing the order. Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to cancel or update your order upon request.
For monogrammed and engraved pieces, once the order is placed, we are not able to cancel or update the order.

You can pay for your order using a variety of payment methods! Your payment method is charged at the time the order is placed, including for those items that are shipping later and/or made-to-order. This will ensure that your order is placed in the queue to be fulfilled and shipped as soon as possible.
Please note that once the order has been placed, we are unable to change the method of payment and/or currency.
1. Credit and Debit Visa Card
If you have a Kargn account, your default billing information will appear at checkout. Otherwise, you can manually enter the payment details at the time you place the order. Kindly note that depending on the restrictions on your card, the transaction may be declined by the bank.
Kargn reserves the right to detect and check the validity of the card used and may decline transactions depending on the result of these checks.
2. Paypal
Simply click the PayPal option during checkout where you will be asked to log into your PayPal account. Once the order is completed, you will be redirected to the Kargn site.
Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside of Germany, Australia, Canada, UK, and US may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

Please see the return guidelines listed below to see if purchased items are eligible for a return. We offer free 30-day returns for all customers in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and Germany. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that a return shipping fee of $20 is charged for returns shipped from the EU and $30 for all other countries. These return shipping fees are deducted from the refund amount. The return window starts from the day the shipment is delivered/picked up.

Please ensure to send back the correct and complete item(s) for your return. Due to logistics and customs restrictions, Kargn cannot reship or store non-Kargn items mistakenly sent as returns.

Certain metals, like vermeil and sterling silver, can be prone to tarnishing. Rather than the packaging that came with your purchase, we recommend storing your pieces in our Leather Jewelry Boxes, which are lined with an anti-tarnish microsuede fabric that makes care and cleaning even easier
How to Clean

Proactive maintenance is the easiest way to care for your jewelry.

Regularly cleaning your pieces helps to avoid the residue buildup that can dull the original shine.
To keep your piece looking its best, gently rub the surface with the polishing cloth. Always wash your hands after use to ensure the cleaning agent is removed.
It is normal to see dark residue on the cloth, it’s a sign that it is working correctly! The cloth contains a small amount of cleaning agent which will hold on to any dirt, oil & residues that are removed from the surface of the item being polished. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness. Keep out of reach of children.

In 2021, we aimed to procure more than 80% of our gold from recycled sources that are certified by SCS or RJC. And we are happy to report that we achieved that goal. Equally as significant is that the remaining 20% is newly mined gold that comes from responsible sources that are certified by RJC.
